      Looks very good, indeed! But can it really have cost two million dollars?! That sounds outrageous...

      It does seem allot. The off exhibit areas are often hugely $$ as well. Although why for otters is ppushing it l guess.

      I think the full $2 million was donated specifically for the construction of the otter exhibit. So they had to use it all, I think the exhibit has its own endownment too.
