Reindeer - Beale Wildlife Park 2022

The two reindeer that currently reside on Beale Park. On the left is I believe the male - who has already shed one of his antlers. The female, I believe, on the right, is looking quite the specimen at this time of year ! Strangely enough, Beale seems to have an area known as the 'Deer Park', which..

      ...houses an array of various animals - off the top of my head - lynx, zebras, alpaca, Highland ponies and cattle, and goats - but I don't recall any deer. I believe these were the only deer I saw during the day.

      There are 1.2 sika deer that live with the highland cattle.

      But "The deer park" will be rebranded next year....just give us a little time;)
