      It's interesting that their African zones are really small and don't feature obvious river "superstar" species like hippos (pygmy and/or regular) and Nile crocodiles. Do these species already live in other parts of the zoo complex?

      @DavidBrown: This part of the park is too small to house any large animals. There is still another 3 hectares or so of land on the other end of the park, perhaps an African zone might be considered for the next phase. Nile Hippos are at Night Safari while the Pygmy hippos are at the Zoo.

      @Zooish: Where in relation to the other zones is the 3 hectares available?
      -It is 7.5 acres so that is a lot of land and could hold several zones smaller zones or maybe 2 large zones. I hope that they add another major animal such as a hippo or tiger in the expansion area. But since the park is already half south american and about a third asian they should increase the presense of either north american species ( Colorado River) or african species (Zambezi River).
