Roseate spoonbill (Platalea ajaja)
Rio Lagartos 21-07-2019. After two days in Rio Lagartos there were 2 species remaining on my 'to see' list. The roseate spoonbill and the black skimmer. There seemed to be no skimmers in the area at the time, but luckily we did manage to find two roseate spoonbills. Such a great species!
