      "Atelier Natur" is a small exhibition building with changing photo exhibitions and is located near the entrance to the new part of the zoo. The exhibition when I visited was about submitted photos from the contest "Kleine Tiere ganz gross" ("Small animals all big" or something to that effect - a contest in which visitors had to take photos of the small animals of Rostock Zoo), but there were also a few assorted photos of the larger animals and plants of the zoo.
