Short-beaked echidna (Tachyglossus aculeatus)
This is how you almost always see the echnida at Planckendael, outdoors or indoors. They have kept these since 1998 I believe, but I only seen one awake (and thus seen its weird snout) once in all those years (and I visited several times each year).
