      Sounds just like politicians in the 1980´s . "We can´t actually give you any details but everything is going swimmingly and we have every confidence that..." I always think that NO info. is preferable to PR speak.And 2010 PR speak is preferable to PR speak from a manual 3 decades out of date.Zoos, please remember that we are living in a wired world and many of your visitors work in information industries as their day jobs.I would much prefer a label plainly stating "Pending New Arrival" or similar.Anything more risks being seriously patronising.Zoos cold learn so much from museums re. labelling.
