Is this a miniature golf course with a toucan nesting in it? What is going on in this picture?

@DavidBrown A large exhibit hosts an enormous contoured scale map of Colombia, with public access limited to a raised gallery on all sides. A number of native birds are free-flying, including yellow-headed caracara and Orinoco geese. Whilst walking along the raised gallery, there is educational signage for a biome on a corresponding area of the map, with lists of birds which can be found there - this is good but can be a bit confusing when trying to establish which species are present in the aviary.

Thanks for the explanation. That is quite an interesting exhibit.
