      Does the second macaw along have no feathers on it's chest? A sign of boredom. I can't imagine an existence much worse than this that the parrots would need rescuing from.

      @PAT I totally agree. So many 'sanctuaries' place animals in situations that are probably worse than death. That sounds brutal but parrots live for many years and these tiny cages are awful.

      Man, I sure would like to be lectured about why I shouldn't keep parrots as pets by a facility like this one.
