      All-female group of Swamp Deer, circa 30 animals. West Mids seem to keep several of their Deer antelope/groups as single sex or like the Blackbuck with only a castrated male(s) to keep numbers stable. The Formosan(?) Sika males were kept seperate from the females. There are no male Axis or Swamp deer. No male Common Fallow.

      Deer Numbers(approx);

      Swamp/Barasingha; 30
      Formosan(?) Sika) 20 females. 4 males(sexes seperate)
      Axis. circa 0. 6
      Persian Fallow. 5.6.
      European Fallow (White only) 0.4.
      Brow-antlered. 13.
      Pere David's. circa 10/12.
      Phillipine Deer ?( only one male seen)
