the spend thousands of dollars on mock rock but can't hide a metal plate on the ground?
    • Coquinguy
evidently not. similarly, the irrigation system in the chital deer exhibit is stuck to the visitors side of the timber post fence, and some of the heavy fencing in the elephant exhibit is simly unneccesary, particularly around the southern end of the upper pool where there is absolutely no way an elephant could launch itself out of the water and escape yet there is a fence there anyway. but overall great exhibit.
btw the metal grate youre referring to ben is, i believe, in case the pond floods/overflows. of course it would have been nice to see it set in a bit.

well even if there was a log or rock infront of it on the visitor side. i know its probably got a ump in it for the waterfall and needs to be accessed but takes away from Immersion themes
