      The zoo names this species as Farlowella vittata, there are many species in this genus and I am not completely convinced that this is correct. These fish are Loricariids, related to the bristle-nosed catfish, and this specimen also has fine bristles so it's a male. The eggs are stuck to vertical surfaces, in this case the wall of the aquarium. I have photoshopped out some other fishes from the background.
