      Considering that cheetahs are the least dangerous of the big cats, the fence seems to be unnecessarily far away from the guard railing. Or maybe it just looks farther than it is because this was taken with a wide angle lens?

      @Arizona Docent Just my phone, no wide angle. I believe it used to hold their wolves. There is glass viewing on the left, and the guard rail is closer the further along/up you go.

      Shooting through glass is difficult and I actually prefer shooting through fences (as long as they are close enough that I can blur them out).

      They were mostly hanging out in front of the glass - climbing in the window and using it as a landing spot on their zooms - so I mostly stayed there initially. They got tired pretty quickly :) I missed their training session, got stuck on the safari.
