Wasn't this originally built for duikers?

@Wyman Yes it was. Originally housed Red Duikers, followed by Blue Duikers. Both species have long died out. In the time since it has alternately housed warthogs and red river hogs.

@Zooish Thanks! Singapore and the rest of the parks under WRS really are fascinating in terms of collection history and exhibit design!

Why do they keep moving the red river hogs and warthogs around the 2 enclosures, this rocky one and the one next to the meerkats?

@noobmaster69 number of animals. There were 3 warthogs when they were first moved to the bigger enclosure next to the meerkats, while a pair of river hogs were moved to the smaller former warthog enclosure next to the pygmy hippos. Now there is only 1 warthog left and 4 river hogs, hence the enclosure swap.
