White-tailed sea eagle/ Haliaeetus albicilla

I've heared there is a re-introduction-programm for this species running in Israel ( some Dutch captive-bred birds were send to it ) and I want to ask you if you know if Hai Kef Zoo is co-operating in this programm ? Howmany birds are there and have they already bred ?

The project was running by Israel National Parks Authority together with Jerusalem Zoo. Unfortunately, there were no budget for this project last years and I don't know what's going on this year. Hai Keif zoo keeps only one bird and it's not a part of this project.

Unfortunately, I don't have this information.

I think the first sea eagle raised at Belfast zoo was sent to Israel as part of the reintroduction programme

I know about a few birds from Tallinn.
