Who would have thought it?

Another redundant sign about the bleedin' obvious - particularly as a large aquarist with a beard was kneeling inside the Plymouth Sound tank. National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth, 17th March 2016.

Are signs like this uncommon in the UK? I've found them to be quite a common sight in the US.

The phrasing is unusual. It is quite common to see signs about exhibits being redeveloped or containing no animals. Explaining that an aquarium contains no water seems to be taking things further than is necessary.
