ZOO Antwerpen - Reptile House (Walkthrough exhibit)
The walkthrough exhibit inside the Reptile House in ZOO Antwerpen. Free-ranging in this exhibit are green iguanas (Iguana iguana) and in the open exhibits in the floor are South African leopard tortoises (Stigmochelys pardalis pardalis) and African spurred tortoises (Centrochelys sulcata). A few geckos and frogs can also be seen in small terraria. The Reptile House (originally built like a Greek temple) dates back to 1901, was expanded in 1973 and renovated in 2006. ZOO Antwerpen, July 2011.
