Have just seen a picture on twitter of a capybara baby, not sure when this was born as haven't seen anything from Chester itself.
Would very much doubt that as the enclosure is slap bang in the middle of the Africa area.
This news makes me so happy.i was there Monday and the rhino house was blocked off was so hoping this would be the reason.
Loved these when you did them last year, looking forward to more,so interesting hearing others opinions on the different enclosures
Soon as I saw daily fail I lost interest.
Sorry op no offence
Anyone know if anything of note came from this?
Just a heads up for anyone visiting soon, bison hill is closed so diversion in place if your coming from that direction. Found out the hard way today.
Do you know how people will be able to view this?
I love mixed enclosures so would love to to see at Whipsnade a Capybara/Tapir enclosure, they certainly have the space for this.
Couldn't agree more can't remember the last time I saw anyone even looking at there enclosure, not sure it's even has a sign on it anymore.
Whipsnade have announced births of a saki monkey and a yak along with the wooley pigs.
Hope he is joined soon as it's a huge enclosure and everytime I've seen him he is walking alongside the fence.
I believe there is also an issue...
Just what we need another one of those I know something you don't know but won't tell you posts. Lol
No it's not his but direct from there Facebook page,2 days ago.
Think you have to book for theme parks same as with zoos.
Definitely do for Alton towers so would imagine others are the same.
