Wow another 100 days have passed!

200 days in and 800 to go!

Settled on the property and its value is increasing rapidly as hoped.

The last 100 days has been about necessary navel gazing [therapy] not rapid wealth creation.

I am expecting the next 100 days will benefit from my navel gazing and show a return to my rapid wealth creation.

Actually starting my fourth career modelling/acting in this 100 day period.

Wow missed the 100 day count 136 have passes totally missed the 100 mark.

Fortunately missed it because flat out working making money.

So 336 days in leaving 673 to go, dam that has gone by fast.

Will definitely have to work smarter over the next 164 days to reach mid way financial goal!

Achieved a milestone today towards having my own zoo.

The odds on my success have never been good, however with todays success, l am allot closer.

PS, yep there is certainly the complete nutter in me that feels the need to post these comments, however as l said in my first post, l believe this will assist with the process.

I had a small part in a little TV soap produced here in Melbourne, Neighbours ;]

Because of this role l can now work as an Actor in Australia. Since pursuing this income stream 3 months ago l have only had extra work, because this part was technically a featured part, l can now go for acting roles.

    Hello,

Latvia, thank-you for checking in, do we know each other? you have made two posts on zoochat both on this thread?

The passion to own my own zoo continues and it is 575 days into my 1000.

The finances have definitely increased, however you are correct to assume the focus has shifted.

This is not an excuse although as l type my head disagrees...

It is one thing to raise funds to purchase a zoo as CWSR was sold for considerably less than $2,000,000
    [ [ame=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cairns_Wildlife_Safari_Reserve]Cairns Wildlife Safari Reserve - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/ame] ]

Darling Downs l think they would sell to the right person for somewhere around 1,500,000.

Its the fact that you would need to have in reserve the same amount of funds to invest into the zoo to revitalise/invigorate/renovate to ensure the chances of future success. Of course a 3 - 4 million dollar investment is still no guarantee that a quote from Steve Robinson does not become a reality!

"Do you want to own a small zoo? Buy a big one!"

So a long answer don't give up on me just yet!

I am taking a holiday later this year and spending a month in the USA visiting zoos how great it would be if l could convince my accountant that l can make this a tax deduction under professional development and product research.

    Definitely, positively not!!!!!!

The Darling Downs Zoo is most definitely not for sale.

And 1.5m would not come anywhere near the value of it!

    No need to apologise.

The zoo was listed at that price some time ago.

    Many things have happened since!

We are counting down with you!!!!

    237 days to go,

    Hi SL,

The acting work is progressing well, nothing huge yet but plenty of work.

The curtain business never got off the ground.

Launching another business, HR in mid November.

Have accumulated more property assets than l had when l started, however going to need something amazing to happen in the next 237 days to reach my goal.

Have definitely not lost sight, However $ is not close enough to relax yet!
