Advices to turn an abandoned theme park into a zoo

Hello,

do you have some advices (about the animal collection, the theme, the exhibits, the general layout) for a speculative project dedicated to turn an abandoned theme park into a zoo?
Historically the park was large (ca. 50 ha) and themed on French folklore, it was divided in 7 or 8 zones (this point isn't fantasy but the real history of this park).
