In my opinion some smaller animals such as meerkats or mongooses are needed in the game. As well as White or Black Rhinos, Clouded or Amur Leopard, and some baboons or south American monkeys. Some more crocodilians couldn't hurt either

Definitely more primates, also hopefully more aquatic animals, including fully aquatic species. I’ve also seen people talking about an aviary DLC which could be interesting if it happens.

I like the idea of an aviary pack but I don't think it will happen based on how much frontier needs to do to make it work. such as finding a way to create exhibits that can be covered with mesh, chain link, or other materials

I would like it if planet zoo put out a southern africa pack. This pack would include

    1. Southern White Rhinoceros or Black Rhinoceros
    2. African Leopard
    3. Chacma Baboon or African Penguin
    4. Meerkat or Dwarf mongoose or Bat eared Fox
    Terrarium Animal: Black mamba

I think this would be easier than creating 3d animations for the aquatic animals, and seeing as they already have done the second they should hopefully be able to make flying animations.

I don’t know for sure, but so far it has been one every 3 months, so probably march.

Specific animals I’d like added: American alligator, puma, American black bear, moose, saiga, capybara, any leopard subspecies, black or white rhino, emu, any gibbon species

More general stuff I want: waterfowl, more large ground birds, more wading birds, flying birds with an aviary building system, more small-medium carnivorans, more small-medium primates, more other small-medium mammals, more medium-large reptiles as habitat animals (I wish they’d make the iguanas habitat animals, they’re definitely big enough), more deer species, more pig species, more penguins

Unfortunately at the rate Frontier is releasing new content (and the size of the DLCs) it seems implausible that we will get any more than 30 new habitat animals, which is a shame. Honestly there's a lot of animals I would add to the game to faithfully recreate a typical real life zoo, but there are a few that I consider esential for Frontier to add in the future:
    • Any species of the deer family, hopefully one from the temperate or boreal biome like the Moose, red deer, wapiti or Sika.
    • Any of the two African rhinos.
    • Meerkat
    • Binturong
    • Fossa
    • Any rodent, preferably the capybara, beaver or crested porcupine.
    • Any subspecies of common leopard, my personal choice would be Amur.
    • A tropical bear such as the sun bear or spectacled bear.
    • Puma
    • American alligator
    • Emu
    • Tasmanian devil
    • Red river hog
    • Ibex or markhor
    • Any gibbon (personal choice: lar or siamang)
    • More wading birds such as storks, cranes or ibises.
    • More small-medium cats, such as lynx or ocelots.
    • More Old World monkeys, such as the colobus monkey, gelada and hamadryas baboon.
    • More endangered species with wide captive breeding programs in real life, such as the scimitar.horned oryx and the Przewalski's horse.
    • This is more wishful thinking at the moment but I'd really want to see an aviary pack implemented. Maybe they could wait a bit longer for it but make it a bigger pack.

Completely agree, I’d rather them take 6 months to make a pack with a lot more content.

I second the desire for more primates! I really want to build a primate area for my zoo. Aviary update would be cool too.

As for other ideas... I'd really like some small cat species! I'd be happy with any of them, but I think my top picks would be ocelot, clouded leopard, fishing cat, and Eurasian lynx. Servals and caracals would be cool too.

A few small canids would be nice. Some jackals or foxes. Again, not too picky.

I'd like to see some mammalian exhibit animals. Maybe naked mole rats, or some shrew or mole species. I think it would be cool if they introduced larger exhibits, so they could have animals that are too big for current exhibits but too small for habitats. Like tamarins, the smallest canids and felids, maybe some bigger reptiles too.

As for other species... I'd love red river hog, American alligator, and Przewalski's wild horse. I really want some kind of deer. Fire salamanders for exhibits.

All I want in PZ are Przewalski Horses. That's it. Also, @hudson111, Frontier granted your wish with the clouded leopards.
