any emu keepers out there????

Just wondering what type of enrichment you would consider using/not using for you emus.??

I tie heads of lettuce and other yummy vegetables to the ends of strings an then hang them just out of the emus reach. They love jumping up to get a mouthful. Also, they love swimming in the pond that is in their enclosure. Hope that is some help
