Cotswold Wildlife Park has a glass-fronted indoor enclosure in the restaurant. It has held hyrax and marmosets in the past, but it has been a few years since I visited and so I don't know if it is occupied now.

Memphis Zoo. Sit by the windows. The White Cheeked Gibbons will put on quite a show and come sit in the window sills and watch you.

    ......which zoo......?

The cafe at Newquay Zoo here in the UK looks out on an island with Belted Ruffed Lemurs, set in a lake with Comb Ducks, White-faced Whistling Ducks and West African Crowned Cranes.

Slimbridge has views over flamingos. Burger's has views over their savanna exhibit as does Bioparc Valencia.

Twycross - Snow Leopard enclosure is probably the best example I can think of.

Not sure if this counts as there isn't any glass but in the Bronx zoo you can eat a burger while watching geladas/ibex/hyrax

The enclosure in question still contains a regularly-breeding group of Arabian Rock Hyrax (Procavia capensis jayakari); one of the little oddities of the collection which is easy to miss!

Similar to the exhibit you show, with windows of the restaurant forming a wall onto an exhibit, is the Korkeasaari Zoo in Helsinki, Finland. Here the restaurant has windows that look into the Brown Bear exhibit.

There is an entire restaurant in Cumbria where the walls are glass and a llama enclosure surrounds it!

Paradise wildlife park has a cafe partly in the tiger enclosure and although it's not quite the same but colchester has a coffee shop over looking the savannah enclosure.

Sticking to my specialty of carnivores, using the criteria of glass walls in the restaurant (and stealing some already mentioned)...

    Dallas Zoo (USA) - lion
Fort Worth Zoo (USA) - gharial
The Living Desert (USA) - leopard (dining only for private parties)
Twycross Zoo (UK) - snow leopard
Bearizona (USA) - jaguar (opening in 2016)

Really? Not only they're getting a jaguar but they're going to have a dining experience "with" it? That is really cool. Where can I learn more about it?
