Winnipeg is doing a male scarlet ibis swap with the Vancouver Aquarium. However this still leaves them with a male flock. No breeding.

The Roseate spoonbills are to receive a male from Buffalo and two potential birds from Disney which just hatched and have yet to be sexed. Breeding is recommended.

The zoo’s European white stork is now deemed too old to breed. He will live out his life at the zoo.

The saddle billed storks are to breed.

The Inca Terns are only to breed to meet institutional needs which will be difficult since the males are to go to Milwaukee.

The Black-naped Fruit Doves are on phase out for the zoo. The remaining female will be shipped out once a home is found.

The snow leopard exhibit is about to lose 3 inhabitants. The oldest male cub is heading for Columbus where he will meet up with a Granby female for breeding. His younger brothers will go to Granby and Philadelphia for breeding. Their parents will stay behind to breed again.

Lots of movement on the red panda front. Rouge, Rufus, Zorro and Xia stay as non breeders. Sachi will breed with incoming Tango. Xing, Isuki and Akito will go to Memphis.
