    I was wondering if anyone had a list or “studbook” of some sorts of the African Wild Dogs. I have been struggling to find any information! Thanks!

    Anybody know the names of the pups in Brookfield Zoo's 2011 litter?

    There was a litter of pups born at the end of that year but they all died shortly after birth.

    There is K’Wasi an adult male, he’s recommended to breed with Lucy, another adult female. She was born at the Zoo from a previous litter at the zoo. Then Lucy’s half brothers Nacho and Muenster and half sisters, Feta, Queso, and Gouda. So 3.4.

    How long ago was there a litter born? Wasn't there one born the last 1-2 years?

    January 5, 2015: Brahma and Imara give birth to 10 pups 6.4. Eventually they were named Riddler, Bruce, Alfred, Hugo, Luke, Oswald, Lucy, Quinn, Selina, and Ivy. The Boys all left for Disney’s Wild Animal Kingdom, Quinn and Selina are at the Wilds, Ivy’s at the Honolulu Zoo, and Lucy is still at Cincinnati.
    October 16, 2016: K’Wasi and Imara give birth to 11 pups 2.9. Eventually named Nacho, Muenster, Brie, Ella, Colby, Blue, Swiss, Cojita, Feta, Queso, and Gouda. Brie and Ella left for the Oregon Zoo, Colby and Bleu to the Potawatomi Zoo, Swiss and Cojita went to the Knoxville Zoo, while the rest of the pups are still here.

    Ola and Lulu are at Brookfield Zoo. Males Hunter and Minzi are at Pueblo Zoo. Couldn't find anything on Nar, Ono, and Sahar.

    Could not find anything on the litter of 2012, but as of 2013, there are 7 surviving offspring from that litter. No mention of genders either.

    Didn’t four of the males go to the Henson Robinson Zoo? And what about Jack?

    That sounds right, but I'm not 100% sure. Jack died from a heart problem.

    Hunter - Male; Pueblo Zoo;

    • Male; Henson Robinson Zoo;

    • Male; Henson Robinson Zoo;

    • Male; Henson Robinson Zoo;

    • Male; Henson Robinson Zoo;
    Ola - Female; Brookfield Zoo; Spayed;

    Ola is excluded from the breeding program - she is spayed.

    Is Jack and Kipaku the same dog?
