The trailer has been released for a movie about Belfast Zoo in WWII, which is due for release later this year
This movie’s already out in Canada. Well technically it is on in a movie festival. Haven’t seen it though.
It is to be released in the UK and Ireland on 29th June 2018. I don't know dates for other territories.
Besides my love of visiting hundreds of zoos, I've always been crazy for movies and I regularly watch 400 films per year. I'll be there in a heartbeat if Zoo opens anywhere near where I live.
Surprised there hasn't been a film about London Zoo during WW2 unless there has been already. Wonder if they made any stupid animal related decisions like Churchill did with his platypus
