Been thinking as I have been researching about master plans and renovations that are occurring to exhibits, and the move to make exhibits more realistic then a cage. What are some of your favorite exhibits that you have encountered, and what makes them your favorite. Also if you can ad a picture or visual link to the exhibit that you are talking about that would be a great help. Looking forward to hearing about some of the best exhibits are out there. I
My personal favourite exhibit out of any zoo that I have visited is the Dragons in Danger exhibit at Chester Zoo.It features various endangered island animals such as mouse deer,pheasants,Montserrat tarantulas,Mountain Chicken frogs,Caribbean hermit crabs to name a few.However the main attraction are the Komodo dragons.The large male Jantan has large rocks to bask on,a pool,plenty of enrichment and places to hide if he wants to.The dragons also have an outdoor exhibit for when the weather is nice but the smaller female Mezcal is normally the one who resides here.
