Thanks for sharing @GiratinaIsGod ! Much appreciated !

These are great looking, but what is the reptile in the third picture ? is it a tegu or a caiman ?

Here's a website I found of a mural artist who did a bunch of murals at major American collections.

I can't believe how many of those I've seen! The Australia House at Milwaukee is now gone, and this website is probably the only place you can see it.

    .
Yes, in 1954, the walls of the West Tunnel at London Zoo were decorated with reproductions of some of the famous prehistoric cave paintings from Lascaux and Altamira. The pictures were painted by students from the Royal Academy of Arts School.

The walls of the tunnel were repainted some years ago but I think the "original" artwork from 1954 was better.

Its a bit of a shame really that they repainted it IMO.

I'll check out if there are any pictures of what it once looked like, I bet it was quite impressive.

An attractive piece of artwork on the boarded-up window of what was Paignton's gentle lemur house. I later watched the artist painting a larger version on a wall in the zoo restaurant

Here's another artistic entrance gate - Dudley. Shame the background is a bit fussy.

Tokyo Sea Life Park has a nice, minimalist mural near their seabird cave exhibit
