Totally stunned by this amazing picture from rillekolmard http://www.zoochat.com/472/bear-exbith-kolmarden-zoo-53796/#post119466
I would like to pose the question:

Which is the best picture so far at ZooChat?

I think my nominee is a damn strong contender!

Anyone irritated with all of my "Which is the best...."? Please be patient, I am a sucker for those kind of things....

That is an amazing photograph, I have my own favourites that I've taken but it would be presumtive of me to post any links from the gallery as I've probably only looked through less than a quarter of all 22,000...

He's my favourite too :) (your cheque is in the post ;)).

To be serious, we get a very mixed bag of photos. It's really interesting to see the different styles and what each photographer thought was worth shooting and posting. I see something new to admire every day.

Current favourite photo has to be the new little lion cub (by Gentle Lemur):

Animal makes the best photo's all round, of all the people i've seen on any forum. This dolphin is an excellent example, but i've one other photo of the same animal at duisburg that i considered better. It's on my HD, but it's not mine but from a german girl? i think from the ZooFreunde forum so i don't think i can publish it here?

Perhaps i can try and link to it or something...

Oh and just to show i'm a selfish prick, i still really love this photo... made by me, soz peepz...

Ladies and gentlemen - finally we are getting somewhere! We now have 5 (five) photos nominated, for the title of The Best Photograph at ZooChat! In the order of which they have been nominated:

    http://www.zoochat.com/472/bear-exbith-kolmarden-zoo-53796/#post119466
    http://www.zoochat.com/42/asha-her-cub-36188/

    http://www.zoochat.com/301/bottlenosed-dolphin-1992-a-53636/

Since I started the thread and happened to nominate a picture by rillkolmård, I have decided to include both the pictures that he himself has nominated, the two dolphin ones.

But for new nominees, however, you must limit yourself to 1 (one) picture, please!

Can we have five more nomineees, please? Then I will try to create a poll on the subject so we all can vote and finally decide:

Which one is The Best Photograph at ZooChat?!!!!

    Thank you Swedish Zoo Fan!

Remember, photography fans, there are now only 4 (four) places left to be filled on the list of nominees for The Best Photograph at ZooChat!

THEN THE JURY WILL DECIDE !!!

So you better hurry up if you want the picture of your choice nominated!

Hey, hey, hey.... the sudden outburst of interest is wonderful, but as has been stated above, only Rillekolmård will be allowed to make 2 (two) nominations!

TIME IS RUNNING OUT, PHOTOGRAPHY LOVERS! There is now only room for 3 (three) more nominations!

The rules for this competition will be made up as we go. I plan to create a poll, but perhaps allow all the people who have nominated their favourite pictures to argue before the poll is set up. An election campaign, so to speak.
