    Hello!
I am getting married this summer and my wife to be and I have decided to take a NE USA road trip. I love going to zoos, and usually drag her around with me, but I doubt we will be able to do EVERY zoo in the NE. What are the ones that I can't miss? I have done Bronx and National Zoo before.

Hello and congratulations on your upcoming marriage!

Besides Bronx and National Zoo, I would say that Philadelphia has the other major zoo in the NE. It's not in the same league as Bronx or San Diego, but is a solid zoo with diverse collection and also has a huge historical cignificance. The other larger zoos are Maryland and Pittsburgh, but they aren't in same league as Philadelphia in my opinion (both have elephants though, while Philadelphia does not). There are also many smaller zoos in the area, some of them are nicer than others. If you are into aquariums, then the three important ones are Natuonal Aquarium in Baltimore, Boston Aquarium, and Mystic Aquarium
