There should be a new waterfowl breeding center in Belgium. A friend of mine was recenlty at a conference where there was a lecture about this center.

What I know is that this facility was built recently. Their focus would be mainly on marine duck species. I was wondering if others here might know more about it?

I spoke to that friend today. He told me the facility would have been set up by the previous owner of Weltvogelpark Walsrode and is managed by a Dutch aviculturist. The collection would consist of around 40 species.

Google Translate translates the words for Augur buzzard in French into the Auspicious buzzard in English

That's an interesting site, thank you for sharing! I was unaware of the first breeding center. If I find more information about it I will share it here, I hope you will do as well ;)

The breeding center is named ‘Passchendaele Waterfowl Breeding Center’. They would currently be working on a website. Hopefully more information will come here soon.
