    Hopefully both births will be successful, both females are needed to breed.

    How did I miss this. I really hoped it would work out for Brindabella.

    Brindabella doesnt have a very good track record unfortunately

    Primrose, Werribee's other breeding female, has had 1 unsuccessful and 3 successful calves - this is Brindabella's 3rd unsuccessful calf, so i think your first statement was correct.

    Oh for some reason I thought Brindabella was the mother of tulip and Kijana. Good news about the oryx. Oh and does anyone know the parents of Primrose and Brindabella? Thanks

    i thought that primosse had a unssucsesful calf in 2002 then tulip and lotus and brindabella had kijanna in 2001 then her unsucsesful one in 2011 did any of these hippos have any more calfs
