Atlas bear and aurochs have both been extinct for quite a long time.

Would you plan to show the public instead their modern-day relatives: the european brown bear and the heck cattle?

It's not really a zoo, but rather just a list of animals. Care to put some design thought into it?

    sure.
the atlas mountain aviary would have many large trees in the middle and large rocks in front of the viewing area
there should be many "nest boxes" in it so the birds can rest inside them
the food for the birds is placed behind the rocks

the barbary leopard exhibit should have 3 indoor rooms with cooled temprature, and one very large room with trees and rocks and cooled temprature so they go in it on some summer days
the outdoor exhibit should have a lake, with an island in it full of trees, and on the sides of the lake there should be alot of dirt and a very few rocks, and in the area surrounding the viewing area of the exhibit there should be just grass and trees behind it

the design of more exhibits will be posted sooner

So I'll be changing the plan for this zoo. I can't come up with a species list right now, and forget about the animals or zones previously mentioned.
The zoo world have a similiar design to that of the Giza zoo, but with different species and exhibits.

The Entrance would be like that in the Giza zoo, and when entering you see on the front a large aviary containing local bird species(ex. house sparrow, laughing dove).
The design would be a large circular aviary with a radius of 12 meters, fences as high as 6.5 meters, and created to house large flocks of house sparrows, hoopoes, rock pigeons and laughing doves. The birds would be wild caught from Giza, since they are well adapted to hot weather. It has in the middle large cliff rocks with many holes in them for the house sparrow nesting (simulating the Giza population's behavior of nesting in holes in buildings, and providing areas for dove nesting)
Large trees, providing nesting for doves.
Around the cliff rocks is semi-barren ground, moving further from it you find grass.

    The specific subspecies would be:
    Northeast African Hoopoe(U. e. major)
    Nile Valley/Sudanese Rock Pigeon (C. l. schimperi)
Nile Valley Laughing Dove (S. s. aegyptiaca)
    Nile Valley/Sudanese House Sparrow (P. d. niloticus)

    Orange-Cheeked Parrot
    Red Bellied Macaw
    Maroon Fronted Parrot
    Short Tailed Parrot

    Caatinga Parakeet

The exhibit design for the parrot aviaries is a 4X4 meter chainlink aviary, with a fence height of 5 meters.
The ground would be dirt, which is sprayed with water every morning to maintain the temperature in the scorching summer heat of Cairo. The exhibits are heated a bit in the winter.Wooden Climbing structures and perches are spread around in the exhibits. Near the back of the cage are many ferns, as well as small palms.Puzzle Feeder Balls are hanged from the ceiling of the cage.
