Jia Panpan and Jia Yueyue will be sticking around until early 2020 at this point. They were supposed to have left for China by now. Must have had a transportation glitch. I had assumed they left when the Smithsonian's Bei Bei left for China earlier this month. Other moves often included similar aged cubs back to China.

Panda cubs to stay in Calgary until early 2020, zoo says

Pay, you're funny. An extinct in the wild species, who's entire population has been tightly contained within government owned and AZA zoological breeding programs? You must be taking some sort of psychoactive's if you think there are Micronesian kingfishers in private hands! Also Calgary doesn't hold the species, there are none in Canada. They've simply done a number of avian reintroductions in the past, and are providing guidance and expertise for the US and Guam bred birds being prepared for release in the islands (which haven't even been released yet, as an aside).
