    It rather depends what you want from your membership.

    Do you want to support the zoo and perhaps get involved in how they are run; do you want to make regular visiting cheaper; or some other reason?

    Only you can decide which is the better option fo you - it will be different depending on circumstances and needs ( for instance we don't currently have kids so free entry for under 3's is not exactly a big selling point for us). I believed guests who are disabled and require a carer can request an un named carer to be added to their membership who would then accompany them for free. I would think the individual would need to provide some kind of 'proof' that this is required - you'd need to check the online FAQ's for each zoo on their website to find out what this entails and whether what I have said is correct.
