Adventures With Raptors (a raptor rescue in Western Maryland), has a common buzzard, and I believe wedge-tailed eagles are bigger than that.
Why would you hope that? It's clearly been stated that they will not and even if they did they are not suited to live there.

Circling back to this, the bald eagles will, indeed, be in the outdoor Komodo exhibit until further notice because of construction. The main Jungle Trails pathway is also closed for construction; however, the west (African) building is still open.
Someone correct me I'm wrong, for the first time in my life I haven't 100% caught up with the changes. Garnett's Galago, Potto, Grey Bamboo Lemur, Coquerel's Sifaka, Darkling Beetles, Bonobos, Crestes Coua, Hammerkop, Pygmy Goose, Lady Ross's Turaco, Spur-winged Plover, Congo Peafowl, Aye-Aye, Dumeril's Boa.
I may have missed something in the flood of Roo Valley comments, but does anybody know why Jungle Trails is closed?
Wedge tails are pretty much an Australian version of golden eagles and pretty similar size from what I have seen.
Could it be for modification of the polar bear exhibit/Bear Line in general? That is why they sent the black bears wayward (what facility it is I'm sure is buried in the replies). Honestly I do like the moats, and to see another glassed-in bear exhibit is a bit repetitive. They could probably provide access to the moats for the bears to provide privacy, maybe glassing in or meshing in one or two grottoes to provide space. Going back from my tangent, that could very well be the case.
