    ;)Hello all,

I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to visit Peru (specifically the Cusco-Machu Picchu area) next year, and heard about a wildlife rehabilitation center (Cochahuasi) located not far from Cusco. I was wondering if anybody has been there or knows much about it. It seems as though they MIGHT have an Andean Mountain Cat which could make the visit worth it all on its own, (could also be a Pampas Cat? Either way still very much worth it) but any information and advice would be much appreciated! :)

    Many thanks!

If we're talking about image #33 on Photo Gallery I'm confident that's a Pampas Cat.

@ThatOneZooGuy how much time will you have around Lima? Will you visit Huachipa or Parque de Las Leyendas? I highly recommend at least Huachipa if you only have time for one. I've been there 3 different years!

Very cool! I’ve never been great at ID-ing them so I appreciate the help! Unfortunately as it stands not much time is spent in Lima (mostly just flying in and out), however it could possibly be working in. Thank you for the recommendations though, I’ll certainly have to look into it! :)
