    I love to cook,and when possible I love to use ingredients i have picked/caught myself.My go to brekfast the last days have been sea-buckthorn and apple flavoured pancakes drizzled with syrup made from norway spruce sprouts.

    I haven't posted about my own cooking in thread in a while, but I wanted to share something intriguing.

    Check out what I got the other day. This is a chocolate chip cookie mix from the Arizona Baking Company with flour from ground legumes from mesquite pods (Prosopis sp.). I am about to bake them and I cannot wait to see how they taste. I'll share the final results with you guys. I look forward to having mesquite flour chocolate chip cookies with a nice cold glass of whole milk from a local Arizona dairy.
