Paradise Wildlife Park Craig busch to visit paradise on saturday 19th december

It has been confirmed on the official craig busch page that he will be appearing at paradise on saturday, to sign official merchandise etc etc, i have to say i am disapointed, i would have thought that his practises would be enough to discourage zoos here not to host him, seems i was wrong!

 

We've had this argument before - at length - when he was going to appear at Dartmoor. Thankfully Dartmoor changed its mind before giving this odious individual any air time at the expense of its integrity.

It would be a commercial decision I would think on the part of the park's management rather than anything else.

 

He has been there a lot lately!! So I have heard also attended their Abba night..

Really shame, I won't be visiting again, just hope he wont be going home with the white lion cubs!!

Obviously not in a hurry to return home for his court case and grieving lion!!

Just hope this doesn't lead to another invasion of fanatical fans at the end of the day he really aint worth bothering about at the moment (being animal less and unable to breed anymore of them at the mo), if people want to believe he is the saviour of endangered invented species more fool them!! As they say a fool and their money are soon parted lol and we all know where that is going

 

Karen, would it be possible for him to go home with those lion cubs? don't we have laws about that sort of thing?

Why on Earth are Paradise allowing him through their doors?!

 

PWP are very into their commercial stuff so its a move that will mean more visitors for them,more publicity and more money. Paradise need to think more about what the Lion Man has done to his animals maybe they might not be as co-operative but then again it means quite alot of money through extra visitors for them.
As for Born Free this is one thing I agree with them about completely - I am not a fan of Anti-Zoo groups but with this and the Noahs Ark Issue I cant help but agree with certain things Born Free and CAPS are doing.
If im right BIAZA reccomended collections not to take on his off but obviousley Paradise have not listened.
I like Paradise but they do have the habit of doing things like this and it really annoys me.
If he does go in with any of the cats especially the White Lion cubs he will not do himself any favours it will not be a move that will be liked by the cubs or more importantly the cubs mother Kya who could be very depressed by seeing her cubs with an unknown human.
Please be careful with what you are doing Paradise.

I said it about Dartmoor, and I'll say it about here. If this goes ahead, I shan't be a visitor again..

Is there anything BIAZA can do? some kind of sanctions or anything, it has been mentioned several times on his fan page that he was here on personal business, i have my theories but as they are speculations i hardly think they are relevant.
