Craig Busch has now been confirmed to Visit Dartmoor Zoo, Paradise Park, Yorkshire Wildlife Park and Blair Drummonds.

His spoke person has said only 6 visits will be made.

Jill has posted on Craig Busch Facebook page

    NZ Lionman - Craig Busch
Please be aware that are those who are seeking to try and spoil this visit by contacting the zoos and trying to dissaude them from hosting Craig's visit with the usual misinformation we sometimes see on this page. Please fully support those places who have agreed to assist on this UK trip, which so far are Dartmoor Zoo, Paradise Park, Yorkshire Wildlife Park and Blair Drummonds. Jill

I follow all the updates on that page plus read from other Sources.
If you take a look there now. i see this page has made news there. They seem to have noticed others who are not involved with ZWG of Craigs page are starting to get invovled

I don’t think anyone should try and stop them, we should be enlightening them to why these cats are not worth spending money on. Same goes for collections in the UK that breed these types of cats.

I plan to draft a letter with links about Craig and what he has done. I have searched round for all contacts details of the parks he is visiting and will send them out.

Contacting the local press in areas of the parks may help to?

What kind of mean spirited person would do that? This is nothing to do with your views on animals or conservation but all to do with taking sides in the dispute between Craig and Zion. You have made abusive and defamatory videos and public statements in the past, so I am sure everyone will take no notice and see you for the sad troublemaker that you are.

How low can you get Nick? You're on a one man crusade to destroy a man you have never met. You really are very sad.

I didn't mean those videos Mr H I meant the nice little animated ones and the fake newspaper article and your other little tricks. Do these nice people of Zoochat know who they have on their side

It seems a bit odd to me that the named collections (apart from Dartmoor) have not announced the visits. Two explanations. 1/ That the visits are not genuine 2/ That the collections are ashamed of being involved.

Any average zoo would be plugging even a minor event in October way back in September or before.

I honestly feel that the collections mentioned are more up to date with the lay of the land with regards to Craig Busch. Dartmoor and Ben Mee are 'green' and hopefully have already realised what a major boo boo they had made and have already cancelled.

or 3 you don't know what you are talking about as usual but then you think allegations = truth. And you think that the Romanian lions are a waste of space and should euthanised?

Whilst I don't agree with the anti circus lot I can see your point and I believe that this will be disastrous in many ways. Like KateA said on the other thread, not sure it'll do any of the reputations of the zoos he's visiting any good.

Peter Dickinson is a very high-leveled proffesional in the world of zoos, he worked in that industry for over 40 years. What credentials do you have other than hearing likely tampered words from Craig's mouth?

The Romanian Lion Case is completely different, and whilst I don't think they should be killed, the circumstances are completely different from Craig Busch's affairs and is a lame excuse for a come-back.

EDIT: And whether you like circuses or not, it's proof that Mary Chipperfield was highly abusive to animals in her care, specifically chimps.

Thank you Babylon Zoo. You and I will just have to agree to differ. You know next to nothing about me and I know nothing, nor care to, know anything about you. Yes I do believe the Romanian Lions will be taking up space that could be utilised for conservation rather than cash. And yes I think euthanasia was a far kinder option than bringing them to the UK...though I would have preferred the money to have been used for improvement of conditions for the lions and the other animals in Romania.

Allegations? Not sure what you are on about.

    Best Wishes,

    Peter

If the Zoo's and the parks decide not to welcome him then , that's fine !
I am sure another venue could and would be arranged.
