The Living Rainforest Current Species List at The Living Rainforest: 30/07/2015

    This is all species that I saw on my visit on the 30th of July 2015. I plan to upload some pictures to the gallery and write a review here: (though it won’t be so long as there is already a review from 2012).

    1. Azara’s Agouti
    2. Geoldi’s Monkey
    3. Six-banded Armadillo
    4. Linne’s Two-toed Sloth
    5. Pygmy Marmoset

    1. Veiled Chameleon
    2. Yellow-footed Tortoise
    3. Carpet Python (sign saying that the python was temporarily off-display following a minor operation)
    4. Geoffroy’s Side-necked Turtle
    5. Home’s Hingeback Tortoise
    6. Asian Leaf Turtle
    7. Asian Box Turtle
    8. Plumed Basilisk
    9. Asian Water Dragon
    10. Red-eared Slider
    - There was a sign saying “Our Dwarf Crocodile has been moved to Germany to participate in the European breeding programme for her species. Look for updates on our website, facebook, and twitter pages to let you know how she is getting on, and which new animals will be moving into her enclosure”

    Total number of animal species: 39

    There were also hundreds of plant species giving a full rainforest feel.
