A couple days ago Bonnie and I went to the Detroit Zoo.It was her first time visiting this zoo.I have been to almost twice as many zoos as her and love bringing her to a new zoo that I know well that she has never seen.Bonnie is like a kid in a candy store with her camera at a new zoo and she has some amazing pics to put on here in a couple days especialy of the hippo and pudu. The highlight of our visit was being minutes from seeing a baby puda being born in there yard.We came upon the exhibit to see the mother discard the placenta and clean up her baby. This was a first for both of us and an incredible expirience.By the way a puda is the world's smallest deer and is native to South America.Look for pics in the next couple days.
