A quick question which should be easy to our Australian members.
Can wild spiny leaf insect/Macleay's spectre, crimson-spotted rainbowfish and Australian lungfish be found in towns? I mean parks, green places in residential areas and city rivers or ponds respectively? If so, which ones as an example? I found tons of info about e.g. breeding spiny leaf insects but almost nothing about them in the wild.

I've seen a lungfish in urban Brisbane and I've caught crimson spotted rainbowfish out of a creek in an area which is effectively used as a park on the weekends.
