Monkeys and big cats are terrible and dangerous pets, forget it. Unless you have a lot of money and can build enclosures that are similar to what you can see in zoos.

The only acceptable option are some species of marmosets and tamarins. Not suitable for beginners. But with enough space, quality food, high hygienic standard, lot of time and access to good vet, they can do ok in households.

Those animals all have wildly different needs and enclosure types. You're not going to find anyone willing to risk themselves to sell you an animal if you don't have a permit, and to have a permit you need to have a cage, etc. in place.

Have you ever done anything with big cats or primates other than look at them in a zoo? If not, you are not ready to care for them and they are most certainly not ready for you.

Having a pet monkey is like having a two year old ….for 30-35 years.
I would never recommend you get one. Big cats are much more dangerous and expensive to keep. I would start smaller if you are truly wanting to get an exotic

Those three species will not get along, I hope you realize that. They also have wildly different needs and none of the three are easy to maintain properly. The tiger in particular is outright dangerous any way you go about it. Neither monkeys, tigers, or seals are ever recommendable as pets, and this is why you can't find a breeder. As others have also stated here, these animals do NOT make good pets! There's reasons a permit is needed to have such animals!

You've probably guessed most (if not all) of us on here don't condone the privately keeping of such animals as you're looking for, and little help in finding a breeder will be forthcoming. Breeders of such species are rare as is outside the zoo industry, and you will likely struggle to find any private breeder in Canada. I doubt anywhere has a private breeder who could provide seals. Long and short, you'll probably find doing some heavy internet searching will be more helpful than asking on here.

LOL, no it isn't. You can't have a pet seal. You can get a permit to hunt seals.
