Only a single Cape kobra (Naja nivea) has hatched from 4 fertile eggs. This is first breeding success of this species in Dvur.

Short interview with director Rabas from start of june (Přemysl Rabas: Tučňáci budou velké lákadlo, natáčet se u nás bude další seriál)
Aside of tv show/soap opera filmed in zoo and new penguin enclosure* there are mentioned some future plans - for nearest future it is, probably known alreadym further expansion of Southwest Africa complex - pelican and great heron aviaries, paddocks for zebras and antelopes and next year brown hyenas or even aardwolves and raptors.
For more distant future it is greater mixed exhibit for buffalos and rhinos.

    * first penguins already arrived this week (from Arnhem and Amsterdam) of course not visible yet

The penguin exhibit is already open to visitors. A visitor´s path that leads through the enclosure might be open or closed based on reaction of the birds.

A single fossa cub was born +6 weeks ago but is kept backstage (together with its mum).

Two chicks of Green Wood Hoopoe hatched in a box inside the bird house, they should fledge any time now.

    A single baby boomslang hatched.

The former tomistoma enclosure has been reconstructed and soon should open with slender-snouted crocodiles.

Penguin exhibit was today already opened (birds seemed to be ok with it to me, but mind you, I am not an ornithologist)

EDIT: it seems that waterworld is still partly under construction - aside of by Jana mentioned big crocodille exhibit, there also remains one/two out of four/five big (freshwater?) tanks empty/under construction

About those tanks - I checked last annual report (2020, 21 isn´t yet), and there were mentioned some technical problems with them (building static I think?) so they can´t be fully filled again.
If those plans didn´t change yet (which isn´t impossible) they should be turned into mangrove "aquariums" in the future

The Boomslang ( Dispholidus typus ) is only very rarely kept in European collections and ZTL only mentions 2 collections. At Dvur Kralove a female has laid eggs this year and now 2 young have hatched :).

The zoo announced that their 2 meters long and 19 years old female West African slender-snouted crocodile is finally on show. She lives in waterworlds pavilion in former tomistoma exhibit.

The 3 remaining juvenile cros will remain backstage till they grow up a bit and then they will join the female.

Two Persian leopard cubs have been presented to the press. They are two males 1 month old. Father is Arkhyz (7) from Russian Sochi breeding center (who is unrelated to other EEP animals) and mother is Banu (3) from Cologne zoo. They are kept back stage and will be on exhibit probably in November.

The zoo received 5 male lesser flamingos who will enlarge their bachelors group.

Male red river hog arrived from Ebeltoft.

4 lion cubs moved into exhibit with their mother.

The new pelican aviary looks completed but will open only next spring. Together with new Hartmann's mountain zebra pen.

The zoo expects to reach 600.000 visitor mark next week. It experiences its best season in 30 years.

But what other species can fit in?

The zebra pen is built as a hill, without vegetation and with sharp gravel (to shorten their hooves naturally by abbrasion). We have no klipspringers in Europe. Barbary sheep doesnt pass geographically. What else?

There wasn´t more info, just concern that zebras after 10 years in backstage might not be suited well for exposition.
