Bactrian camel calf, Guimauve, had to be put down. He fought hard for 2 months but in the end they just couldnt pull him through. No word on the cause of death but it seems to have been a struggle from birth for him. I really feel for his team because they were bottle raising him and thus even closer then with most other calves. Passing last month was also Arctic wolf female, Shilah. She was 15 and age related ailments were the problem.
