Hey everyone! I'll work on keeping this brief!

I'm a zookeeper intern working on a project for class and the tiny zoo I currently work at! I wanted some information/ feedback from your zoos/ farms/ educational programs that might help me to design/ improve the programs available at the tiny zoo that I currently work at.

    1. What has been the hardest message (conservation, empathy for animals) that you've tried to convey to people?
    2. What's the easiest part about volunteering?
    3. What's the hardest part about volunteering?
    4. What would you like to improve about the educational program you work in?
    5. What's the best part about your educational program?
    6. What's the best way to connect with people/ kids in such a way that they'll seriously gain something from their experiences?

Those were my primary questions, haha. Feel free to add any experiences/ stories! I'd love to hear/ read them all. Lastly, I'm trying to design an interpreting station involving the care and keeping of common domesticated pets. Any advice/ ideas?
