    That's probably a typo and meant to say 150 to 167. There were 20 in the Ngorongoro Crater when I was there in 2014. Mkomazi National Park, the Serengeti and the Selous all have population. According to Charles Foley et al in "A field guide to the Large Mammals of Tanzania" the country had 115 in 2010.
