    Hi there.

I like reimagining zoos into ideas of mine.

I was just wondering if there was any advice on how to design maps? Also could someone identify this zoo for me?

You can use MS Paint if you wish.

I've found Paint.NET to be a very versatile drawing tool. I haven't used it in a few years, so it might have changed since, but it was free and did most of the same things that basic Photoshop could do.

It is still available for free and indeed it can be used as a drawing tool although I think it might take some getting used too.

I'm not sure you could get something like the image above done with it and if you can it would certainly be a major challenge.

When I did a quick Google reverse image search on the image, I found two sources referencing an old (?) masterplan for the Cologne Zoo. Checking on Google maps the shape does fit.

Ah thank you so much, that's really helpful. If anything I was just curious as to which zoo it was!
