Okinawa was not bad, they are famous for sharks and have a phantastic shark area with exhibition and a display of some nice species and bred some shark species for the first time in the world, but too less of them, to have the largest collection, Sorry.
Newport Aquarium? At last count I believe they held 13 species? Scratch that, forgot about Oceanogràfic Valencia which has 21, I believe this is the most in Europe, not sure about the world though.
